I've been passionate about building PC's for about 2 year's now. What started as a inspiration of building my own to then started building them for my friends. I’m an undergraduate student majoring in engineering, and I’ve also played football for about seven year's.

1. What exactly am I buying?

You’re purchasing a professionally built, fully tested gaming PC. Every system is assembled by hand, cable-managed, stress-tested, benchmarked, and comes ready to use out of the box.


2. Do the PCs come with Windows installed?

Yes. All PCs include Windows 11 Pro (activated), so you can plug in, connect, and start gaming immediately.


3. How long until my PC ships?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Each PC is carefully packaged and insured.


4. Is there a warranty?

Yes. All parts include their manufacturer’s warranty, and I provide a 30-day labor warranty to cover setup and assembly issues.


5. Can I return my PC if I change my mind?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the PC is unused and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping. Since these are hand-built, returns are limited — but warranty coverage still applies.

6. What happens if I have an issue after purchase?

Contact me right away. I’ll help troubleshoot and, if needed, handle warranty claims or repairs to get your PC running again.


7. Do you offer upgrades or future support?

Yes. I can provide lifetime basic support (setup help, troubleshooting, upgrade advice). You’re also free to upgrade the PC in the future since all parts are standard.
